Why DFW Loves Working With Promise Coffee
Silly Good Service
We aren’t just in the coffee business, we are in the day making, dad joke telling, people business. We do this with what we have coined “silly good service.” We will do just about anything to make you feel as special as we know you are. Service so good it’s silly.
Brewed on Purpose
From dialing in espresso to remembering your aunt’s “extra-extra-extra vanilla” order, we take our craft seriously (just not ourselves). You get drinks made with intention, delivered with the kind of warmth that makes your whole event feel lighter.
Your Vibe, Our Coffee
No two events feel the same, so we don’t copy-paste the experience. Our baristas and cart match your event’s energy, staying polished for corporate, fun for birthdays, classy for weddings, hype for festivals.

Good questions
FAQs
What areas do you serve in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Promise Coffee serves the entire DFW metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Grapevine, McKinney, and surrounding cities. If your event is in the metro area, we can bring the cart to you.
What events do you provide mobile coffee catering for?
We cater weddings, corporate events, conferences, brand activations, church gatherings, festivals, birthdays, open houses, school events, and private parties. If your event needs great coffee and great vibes, we’re there.
Do you bring everything needed for the coffee service?
Yes. Promise Coffee brings its mobile coffee cart and everything required to serve handcrafted drinks at your event.
What are your pricing options?
We offer customizable packages based on drink menu, service time, number of guests, and event type. Our all-inclusive package starts at $1,000 for weddings with two hours of service, and our pay-at-the-register option has a $350 minimum service charge. See full pricing details and request a fast, free quote on our pricing page.
What is the difference between a coffee cart and a coffee truck?
A coffee cart rolls into your venue and sets up indoors or out, so guests order right where the event is happening. A coffee truck stays parked outside and guests walk out to it. For offices, weddings and brand activations in Dallas, a cart fits the room, runs on a standard outlet and keeps the line inside the party.
