It depends on the menu and how many baristas are working. One barista handles a steady flow for small and mid-size groups. For a large crowd we add a second barista and trim the menu so the line keeps moving. Tell us your headcount and we will plan the pace.

Espresso, americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites. Iced lattes and cold brew for Texas afternoons. Matcha lattes and hot chocolate for the non-coffee crowd. We arrive before your guests, set up in about an hour and are pouring when the doors open. The mobile coffee bar needs one standard outlet and roughly a six by six foot footprint, so it fits a conference room, a patio or a tent. Water and waste are handled on our side. When the event wraps, we break down and leave the space as we found it. One barista keeps a steady line moving for smaller groups. For larger crowds we add a second barista so nobody waits long for their drink.

One standard 110V outlet, a level spot about six by six feet, and access to bring the cart in. We bring our own water. If the venue has no power, ask us about quiet generator options.

Yes. Hot espresso drinks, iced lattes, cold brew and iced matcha are all on the standard menu. Oat and almond milk are on the cart, and decaf espresso is available when you let us know ahead of time.
